Showoff Creations Return and Refund Policy
Custom /personalized pieces are non-refundable
We want you to be happy with your Showoff Creations purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
Items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact Showoff Creations before returning an item to receive return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom, personalized specially sized or altered jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective. Jewelry classes if cancelled within 24 hours of class, workshops, gift cards, and other items identified as final sale are also non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Showoff Creations cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. EROriginal shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Showoff Creations. Please allow several business days after the refund is processed for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges
Because many Showoff Creations pieces are handmade in small quantities, direct exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us for assistance.
